TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to CyberSpeller Space Academy (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Parent", or "Guardian") and Kerman Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or permitting a child under your legal custody to access the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES DESCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY

CyberSpeller Space Academy is an interactive educational spelling application. The creation of a primary account must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of any child pilot profile added to the account.

2. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

To use the Service's data synchronization and progress features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (specifically a valid email address).
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and child profile PIN codes.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your main account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, security breaches, or compromises of your account.

3. CHILDREN'S DATA & PARENTAL CONSENT

Pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and family privacy guidelines, the Service relies on parental consent for child profiles. By creating a child profile, you:

• Explicitly consent to the collection of the child's progress, callsign, and gameplay data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge that you maintain full administrative control to restrict, modify, or permanently delete child profile data at any time via the Parent Dashboard.

4. PROHIBITED USES & INTEGRITY

You agree not to use the Service to, or permit any child pilot to:

• Utilize automated scripts, browser console commands, or memory injections to bypass gameplay loops or unlock rewards.
• Circumvent or disable any database security rules, authentication parameters, or system checks.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any proprietary assets, game scripts, or media files.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. In no event shall Kerman Technologies LLC or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting all profile configurations, signing out, and ceasing all use of the Service.
